Our Process
Consultation – After initial communication (through the contact form or by phone/email), a time will be scheduled for us to come and look at the project in question, at this time we will decide if we are a good fit for the customer and if desired, we will get started on an official estimate.
Estimating – Within approximately 2 weeks from consultation, we will contact you with an estimate determined by details of the specific job, Estimates are emailed to customer and incur a 1% charge to be paid by mailed check.
Contract – After Estimated price is agreed upon by DeVos Construction and the customer, we will write a contract and establish a start date. We will then meet with the customer to go over the contract and the contract will be signed by both parties before we move forward with the project and begin work.
Service Rates
Rates are completely dependent on the type of job and duration of the job. Once a consultation has been set up and details of the project are verified at the job site, we are able to provide an estimate.
For our projects we require a percentage to be paid upfront, and continued payments throughout project at their respective levels of completion, and final payment is due upon completion of project. This will also be determined after the consultation and will be agreed upon by both DeVos Construction and the customer.
