Meet Our Team

Wesley DeVos is the owner of DeVos Construction and has been working in the general contracting and construction field since his first part-time job in high school. With some previous experience in house framing and later, house flipping, he founded DeVos Construction in 2018. Passionate about community and traditional craftsmanship, he is always striving to ensure that his customers receive top-notch service, and loves the rewarding process of helping people reach specific goals for their homes. When not on the job, Wes can be found working on the 1887 Victorian home he lives in, drinking strong coffee and enjoying time with his wife Sarah, and daughters Lyric and Shiloh.

Riley DeVos began working with DeVos Construction in 2019 while still in high school and became a more permanent member of the team in 2021. Riley loves to learn new skills and is passionate about personal growth and self-discipline, he is meticulous about workmanship and detail- oriented. While not on the jobsite, Riley enjoys spending quality time with his wife Adelynn as well as physical fitness, reading good books, and having good conversations.

Jesse DeVos has been working at DeVos Construction since the beginning of 2025. Jesse started working in the Construction Field after high school in 2018. After an 8 month apprenticeship in slate roofing, Jesse worked as a carpenter with a Construction company in Appomattox, VA. for 6 years before deciding to join the DeVos Construction team. Jesse is a carpenter at heart and is passionate about the traditional ways of working with wood and he is always seeking to improve his skills through continual learning. When not on the jobsite, Jesse is spending time working his garden, planting trees, and enjoying country life with his wife Rebecca, and their four Children, Reuben, Peter, Hadassah, and Naphtali!

Winston began work in the construction field as an electrical apprentice in 2023 and joined DeVos Construction in 2024. Winston is committed and disciplined and he has since quickly picked up carpentry skills and has become a solid member of the team! Winston is passionate about good music and spends many hours on his guitar after work, he enjoys spending time with his family playing board games and playing music.
